They come supplied with carts & stylus, lids, brand new MasterSounds FlipMats & shipped in either OG Technics Boxes or our MasterSounds SL-Boxes to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your MasterSounds purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty
MasterSounds warrants that the mixer shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-four months* from the date of purchase. In the event that the product fails to operate as intended, MasterSounds will repair or replace the product subject to the conditions as stated in the Terms.
