Returns & Refund 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your MasterSounds order, we offer a 14 day returns if returned in as new condition and shipped in the original MasterSounds packaging. 

Please contact MasterSounds before shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. 


Warranty

MasterSounds warrants that the mixer shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-four months* from the date of purchase. In the event that the product fails to operate as intended, MasterSounds will repair or replace the product subject to the following conditions.

  • That the failure was not due to improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, or non-approved modifications to the Mixer. 
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other event, act, default or omission outside MasterSounds' control.
  • Faulty products must be returned to MasterSounds or an authorised service agent along with the original invoice or proof of purchase, and the mixer must be returned packed in the original shipping box. Please contact MasterSounds before shipping a faulty unit.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
  • At their sole discretion, MasterSounds may either repair the defective product or replace with an equivalent service exchange item.
  • This warranty constitutes the purchaser’s sole remedy. MasterSounds shall not be liable for any other repair or replacement cost or any damage or loss directly or indirectly related to the malfunction of this mixer.

* Pots and switches are warranted for 3 months from the date of purchase.

* Crossfaders have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product back to MasterSounds.

The customer is also liable for the subsequent re-shipping costs once repair has been completed.

All turntables we sell within the UK come with a 6 month warranty. Turntables shipped internationally are not warranted.

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc who provide MasterSounds with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. We use Shopify Payments to securely process credit and debit card payments. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We never learn or store your credit card information or sell any or your personal information.

Build Time & Shipping Information

As we hand build all our DJ mixers, FX unit and LinearPOWER accessories to order with skill, care and attention to detail, we always state the anticipated build time on the top of the product page, shown under the ADD TO CART button.  All DJ mixers, FX unit & LinearPOWER accessories are shipped via UPS or DHL. 

MasterSounds Turntable Weights, FlipMats and SL-BOXES will generally be shipped within 48 hours. We ship all audio accessories via Royal Mail tracked and signed, and SL Boxes via UPS 

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email from us containing the relevant shipping information. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at check out. MasterSounds is not responsible for any shipping address or return address errors. If items are returned to MasterSounds due to a shipping address error made by the customer the shipping price for the item will be re charged. All audio accessories are shipped via Royal Mail and a signature will be required.

Import Duty & Customs Fees

If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, MasterSounds Audio Ltd is not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise. MasterSounds Audio Ltd is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not held responsible for any customs duties or taxes issued by your respective country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. The consignee authorises MasterSounds Audio Ltd to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that MasterSounds Audio Ltd may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

PayPal Express Checkout

We now offer the facility for customers to pay for their order with PayPal Express Checkout. This allows you to take advantage of the various credit options supplied directly by PayPal to you the customer. MasterSounds is not the proprietor of any credit agreements.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
