Our chassis kit includes a new faceplate and chassis with screws for restoring your MasterSounds mixer or FX Unit to good-as-new glory, or to change up your faceplate colour for a fresh look. Rear panel is not included for mixers and should be transferred when reassembling the unit.
Some assembly is required, and must be carried out by a professional technician.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your MasterSounds purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty
MasterSounds warrants faceplates, for 3 months from delivery, MasterSounds will repair or replace the product subject to the conditions as stated in the Terms.
