Our chassis kit includes a new faceplate and rear chassis with screws for restoring your MasterSounds mixer or FX Unit to good-as-new glory, or to change up your faceplate colour for a fresh look.
Some assembly is required, and must be carried out by a professional technician.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your MasterSounds purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty
MasterSounds warrants that the mixer shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-four months* from the date of purchase. In the event that the product fails to operate as intended, MasterSounds will repair or replace the product subject to the conditions as stated in the Terms.
