What does lifetime guarantee mean?
We build our cables to last a lifetime. If your cables develop an issue under normal use simply contact us and we will repair or replace free of charge. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use - this does not cover misuse accidental damage or modifications.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your MasterSounds purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
