What's included with a B-Stock MasterSounds product?
• Authentic MasterSounds Units: Each B-Stock product is from our own inventory, previously used for demonstration, press and photography use. Or we are proud to have hand selected the finest units from trusted friends of the MasterSounds Family.
• Expert Servicing: We ensure each B-Stock product leaves us with a full bill of health.
• Sound Tested & Certified: We sound test and inspect each B-Stock product prior to packing.
• Proven Reputation: Since discontinuing manufacture of our DJ mixers, our legacy products remain in high demand, and we are proud to offer these to our global MasterSounds Family.
• A Full Complement of Accessories: We include all ancillaries, including matching power supply for the unit and the correct power lead for use anywhere in the world.
• MasterSounds Approved Warranty: For peace of mind, we offer a full 3-month warranty on all B-Stock products from date of delivery.
Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note import duty will be applicable for any product shipped outside the UK, please enquire if you are unsure and we can happily advise.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your MasterSounds purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty
MasterSounds warrants faceplates, & power supplies for 3 months from delivery, MasterSounds will repair or replace the product subject to the conditions as stated in the Terms.
